Why Did You Contact Me?

We reached out because we recognize the value of your professional experience. Your expertise may be a great fit for one of our client’s paid research studies. Our goal is to connect you with relevant opportunities where you can share insights, contribute to industry advancements, and be compensated for your time.

There are two types of research studies you may be invited to participate in:

  • Quantitative Research: Conducted via online surveys, typically without a pre-qualification form unless specified in the email invitation. Upon successful completion, the client reviews your responses, which can take 7–10 business days. After confirmation, we will send a secure payment link to your email.
     
  • Qualitative Research: Requires a pre-qualification form. Your responses are reviewed by Ivy Exec and presented to the client. If selected, our team will contact you to schedule participation and provide all necessary details.

How Do I Get Paid?

If you qualify for compensation, you will receive payment at a pre-agreed hourly rate. Our standard payment processing time is 7–10 business days, but we strive to issue payments as quickly as possible. After completing your participation, we will email you a secure payment link with step-by-step redemption instructions.

For paid surveys, your responses must first be reviewed and confirmed by the client before payment is issued. In some cases, particularly for large international surveys, this process may take longer. We will keep you informed and send the payment link as soon as responses are verified.

How Did You Find My Contact Information?

We may have identified you through:

  • Your Ivy Exec profile (which you can update for better targeting by our team) 
  • LinkedIn or other professional platforms where we found your expertise aligns with a study

If you meet the initial criteria, we will invite you to complete a pre-qualification survey. If you qualify, we will follow up with more details.

How Is My Privacy Protected?

Your privacy is our priority. We handle your personal data with the utmost care and never share your contact details without your explicit consent.

 Additionally, our clients are contractually bound to keep all shared information confidential and are prohibited from using it outside the scope of the study.

How Can I Update My Contact Details?

You can update your information by logging into your Ivy Exec profile and navigating to the ‘My Profile’ section. There, you can modify your industry, job title, and other details to ensure you receive relevant study invitations.

How Is the Honorarium Determined? Can I Change My Rate?

Honorarium rates are based on the specific requirements of each project. Since rates are customized per study, they cannot be pre-set or modified within your profile. 

Our goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation based on the nature of the project and your level of expertise.

What Happens After I Complete a Survey?

Once you complete a survey or pre-qualification form, you will be redirected to a page outlining the next steps and expected response timeframe. Here’s what happens next:

Your profile is reviewed by the client.

If selected, we will contact you with next steps and schedule participation.

Compensation is provided only after a successful interview and client confirmation, which is always outlined in your invitation email.

What Should I Do If the Survey Link Isn’t Working?

If you’re experiencing technical difficulties accessing the survey, try the following:

  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
  • Open the link in a different browser
  • Use incognito or private mode
